Dreamchasers Theatre Arts Center of Norwell announces it has received a grant from the Clif Bar Foundation of California to assist Dreamchasers in realizing their mission to offer each of their students the opportunity to develop her or his artistic skills while increasing self-confidence and awareness through the Art of Theatre. To chase their dreams! At Dreamchasers people of all ages, colors, faiths, physical, mental, and financial realities come together creatively to discover more about themselves and each other and together work to help make this world a better place.

 Dreamchasers is a Massachusetts based non profit, educational corporation located in the Norwell Grange Hall, 142 Main Street in Norwell.

September 2010 marks Dreamchasers fifteenth anniversary and several special events are planned. To prepare for this, Dreamchasers staff will have this Summer off from their regular responsibilities. Therefore, there will be no Summer Theatre Program at Dreamchasers this Summer. They will reopen in September of this year with an exciting season of classes and productions to celebrate their fifteenth anniversary.

Their upcoming production is the brilliant play “LETTICE AND LOVAGE” by Peter Shaffer. Performances will be Friday June 4th at 7 pm, Saturday June 5th at 7 pm., and Sunday June 6th at 2 pm. There is also a SPECIAL DRESS REHEARSAL Thursday June 3rd at 4 pm to which SENIOR CITIZENS and TEACHERS are invited FREE OF CHARGE. A discussion period between the audience and cast follows this special dress rehearsal. Tickets to on sale at the theatre 30 minutes prior to each performance.
